I'm done writing a report to SKMM. Not done with the problem yet. The faulty is still going on. Report which regards to TM/Telekom. Thanks to shidah (bole revealkan hehehe) who inform the existing of SKMM. Sapa2 ade problem aduan tidak dilayan untuk talian telefon bole bukak website ADUAN SKMM buat report lagi skali dan tgk la cemane hasilnya. But so far saya belum rasa ape2 tindakkan dari ADUAN SKMM sementelah baru je selesai report dalam masa 1 jam tadi. Just wait n see how it goes. By the way, as noted in my meroyan entry last follow up call on monday, i stress them to keep update me the progress. Today ai made a follow up call, and still no good news. As my expectation...Kali ni mmg kene all out. Ai can't hold it any longer lah. Macam la takde keje lain nak buat selain duk mengira bape kali dah call #100. Lotih...lotih...
Owh kak elin.....pasal citylink tu tetap nak meroyan..tapi dah jadi backdated la nnt. Takpe..cite tetap kene citer. Kalau simpan2 nnt makan dalam terus kene darah tinggi. Hohohoho....
