CAR TIPS - BUYING GUIDE
Decide on your budget.
> Car price, monthly commitments, road tax and insurance.
Know the vehicle's market value.

> Determine the vehicle mileage, age, condition, service record and specification.
Bring along a friend to view vehicle.
