Celcom Pulakkkk!

Grrr....hangin betul la dgn celcom nih. Hingatkan "ok la" ghupenyer hampagas jugek! Sblom ni xde la rasa teruk sgt. But this lately sume call in masuk mailbox. Apekedehal nih. My major problem experince with celcom postpaid as follows:
1) Call in payah nak lepas ~ asik la masuk mailbox
2) Nak call out pun kenkadang tak lepas jgk ~ hingat tak byr bill ke arr
3) Sms/Mms tak lepas nak send ~ dulu pakai maxis tak penah pun???
4) Coverage yg teruk, org call nih tp takleh dgr sore org tu. Apeke???
Teruk nyerrrrrrrr! Yg buat makin berhangin pasal aritu mak nak call, tp tak dpt. Jadik cam kes no.1 di atas la. Padahal telefon tu elok je duk atas meja, full bar tau. Kot2 la ader emergency ke kan. Lagik satu, bank nak call for confirmation. Pun tak lepas. Grrrr...wa suda berhangin2 dah nih. Bukan sepoi2 bahasa lagik dah. Jadik puting beliung abis. Nasib baik itu bank bole call my akak kan.
Kalau takat sikit2 takpe la. Bole nak pejam mata lagik. Ini kan...smp dpt sms ~ u have a missed call(s) total 7 calls. Haa ape cite? Kerap plak tue. Nak kate salah handphone, haiyooo ade ke Hp yg menghalang dari menerima reception yg baik. Baik toksah juai HP kan. Ke soal tempat...ni mcm tak logik je. Elloooo Mont Kiara/Sri Hartamas tu solok benor ker??????? Town area tue. Batu Caves/Gombak solok jgk keeee. Pinggir bandar ok.....
Seblom ni guna maxis prepaid (aje) takde pung timbul masalah2 nih. Masalah ader bile tak topup je la (tu sendiri punyer hal kan) Mmg nak compare jgk! Elok plak pagi nih rasa cam nak anta complaint email ke celcom , tak bole masuk pulakkk website die. Arghhhh tension nyer. Tak kire...complaint tetap complaint. Tak dapat pagi nih, tghari kang bole buat jgk. (akak ai kate, ai kaki complaint)
Aritu dah ngamuk dkt maxis tp pasal spam sms ke number bos ai. Cepat lak feedback bile anta email. Kalau call, asik je la...masih dalam siasatan kak. Aku pun bg la sedas dua. Tak bole jawab budak tue. Surely la dlm email tu pjg lebar cite nyer kan. Siap ugut tu weh...wakakakaka...nasib la kan. Sape suh bg poor service. As a consumer we have the right. Kan. Illegal ke segala jadah complaint tue. Tak kan. So...fight for our own right. Tiap2 bulan pun byr bill with never failed at once. Mmg harus kene sedas jgk celcom nih. Huh!

ai used both la kak. celcom ada...maxis pun ada. priority number is celcom. tp bile kes camni..layak ke dipanggil priority number? anda tentukan (wahhh gitu)

sesungguhnya kite berdua la pelanggan celcom yg kaki komplen..kekeke..komplen dila..komplen..jgn tk complain..marah cukup2..aku sokong dr blakang..muahaha
